Parshooters Tiebreaking Procedures
1. Single Event Tournament
- If total net score is tied, use USGA Tiebreaker
- (USGA LAST 9,6,3,1) TIE-BREAKER METHOD EXPLAINED.
- Gross score for last 9 holes minus one-half handicap; if still tied continue
- Gross score for last 6 holes minus one-third handicap; if still tied continue
- Gross score for last 3 holes minus one-sixth handicap; if still tied continue
- Gross score for 18th hole minus one-eighteenth handicap
2. Match Play Competition
- If points gained is tied at 1.5-1.5
- Use USGA Tiebreaker (see item 1 above)
- If still tied, then have coin toss to break tie
3. ToC, Masters and Opens (two-day events)
- If combined net score of both event is tied, playoff for Championship (low net), then tiebreaker procedure
- For others, use USGA Tiebreaker on day-two event scores (see item 1 above)
- If still tied, then have coin toss to break tie
4. Governor's Cup (best 5 of 8, 9 or 10 events)
- If total of best 5 net score is tied, playoff for Championship (low net), then use USGA tiebreaker procedure
- For others, total of best 4 net score, then best 3, then best 2, then best score
- If still tied, then have coin toss to break tie
5. Mabuhay, Magellan, Malacanang and Ryder Cups (team events)
- Team Captain head-to-head low net score is used
6. Player of the Month Race
- Playoff (low net), then USGA Tiebreaker procedure
