2023 Mission Status Updates and Pictures

Dear Art, fellow Parshooters and Ministry Partners,
This year 2023, we set a goal to serve more than 50 schools in six provinces mostly to the northern, Central Luzon and provinces of Bicol and Palawan battered by the typhoon Odette. With your faithful partnership and financial support, we exceeded this vision as God gave us the opportunity to serve more schools and villages in Mindanao and the province of Ifugao providing safe drinking water to vulnerable schools and communities that don’t have access to clean drinking water.
A total of 130 schools, 20 villages or Barangays in Lanao Del Norte and Cagayan De Oro, Mindanao, Philippines. Several water filters installed to the evacuation centers which are ready for any future disasters.
This year we also launched our Pacific Tour after a long wait of travel that disrupted by the Covid19 Pandemic which we have the opportunity to raised more funds to continue our work to serve the needy. Africa has been on a side line for a long time but with your support during our Water Ministry Tradition fundraising in Pradera Verde GC in Pampanga we raised enough funds to revisit Kenya, Africa where I served last in April 2019.
This year I served in Kitale, Kenya. Fr. Dan Nganga has been so supportive during my stay in Africa. We visited several communities and we met with volunteers, teachers and school principals where we trained them how to put together and maintain the filters. We started with 10 schools at different parishes.
Fr. Dan is arriving here in US and I plan to give more filters for him to bring back and continue to provide other schools and communities that are in need for safe clean drinking water.
Thank you for playing such an important role in helping serve those in need. I would like to thank also the volunteers who have served with me during this last mission. Ted Calaustro, Bobby Garcia, Ben Maggay and his wife, Efren Pascasio and Rey Saldivar.
